Students in both the After School and Summer programs are given the freedom of partaking in activities or the choice to observe and/or read books. Students rotate through activities in the Science, Math, Art, and Reading areas. This helps them to keep their minds active in the Summer as well as reviewing things learned in the past year. Activities are done in groups, giving students a good opportunity to practice relationship building skills.

We would love to welcome your child into our rich, supportive environment where kids can get down to the important business of being children. Our play-based program provides a safe space for children to follow their interests, learn through exploration, and experience what it is like to be a valued member of a larger community. Gold Mountain Community School’s teaching philosophy is inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach to preschool and primary education.
Leeanne Noble is the Owner and Lead Teacher at Gold Mountain Community School. She has been teaching and learning from children for over 30 years. She has cared for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, school-aged kids, and children with special needs in a variety of educational settings. Leeanne has a B.S. in Elementary Education, years of special training in child development and early childhood education, and she is a member of the National Association of the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). She also works as a trainer for the Idaho Stars program.
