To help families attain self-esteem and move toward self-sufficiency by offering them survival, safety, dignity, opportunity, joy and hope. Pullman Child Welfare began in 1946 as a volunteer group of concerned citizens. They took as their mission, to solicit monetary donations as well as donations of food, and new/used clothing to meet the needs of less fortunate families in the Pullman School District.
