Energy assistance programs help with electric, gas, propane, oil, or wood heat. Options include LIHEAP (150% FPL), SHEAP (151% FPL–80% AMI), and Avista MED-WA (80% AMI). Emergency help includes Avista Share for shut-offs and Project Share for Inland Power or fuel needs.
