Employment services and supports are customized services for working adults with barriers to employment due to a disability. All services require referrals from DSHS, Developmental Disabilities, the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, DVR-Pre-ETS.

Boost Collaborative is a non-profit organization whose mission is to engage individuals with diverse abilities in order to promote full participation in community life.
Our Children and Family Support Services provides programs and therapy for families of children with disabilities.
Our Employment Support Services for adults provides employment education and support to assist them in obtaining employment within the community.
The Palouse Treasures Thrift Store is a community based, inclusive employment training site for adults with disabilities; it gives local residents a way to support the mission and services of Boost Collaborative through donations and sales. Proceeds from thrift store sales help diversify Boost Collaborative's funding sources.
