Children and Family Supports - Ages and Stages Developmental Screening

by Boost Collaborative

Last updated on: 05/12/2025

This program monitors the child’s developmental growth with the easy to use Ages and Stages Questionnaires (ASQ). When a child is enrolled in the ASQ program, questionnaires are mailed out every two to three months for the parent to fill out and mail back into the office. We score the screening and let the parent know how their child is progressing. If a developmental delay is indicated, a staff member will call and check in with the family to see how things are going and how we can help. We provide handouts if concerns arise. If developmental concerns are identified, we will provide the option to connect the family to our Early Supports services.

The ASQ program is provided at no cost to families with children ages birth to three living in Whitman and Garfield Counties.
