Access to Baby and Child Dentistry (ABCD) is a program in Washington State with a mission of connecting babies and children to a dental home. ABCD focuses on education and awareness for preventative and restorative dental care to Apple Health (Medicaid-eligible) children from birth through age 5. Participating Dentists are trained to care for young children, focusing on preventing tooth decay, as well as educating parents about how to properly care for their children’s oral health.
