Renters with low income facing eviction in Washington State can get free legal help. If your eviction case ends up in court and you are low-income, you have a right to a free lawyer.
Coordinated Legal Education, Advice, and Referral (CLEAR) Program for Seniors
Coordinated Legal Education Advice and Referral (CLEAR) is a program of the Northwest Justice Project that helps seniors who are 60 years and over in Washington with legal information and referrals. Services are targeted to problems that affect basic needs such as housing, income, medical care and family safety.
