The HOPE Center is a Christian, faith based organization committed to partner with people seeking positive life change by providing an individualized plan that moves toward the goals of finding sustained employment in the community, financial responsibility, personal accountability, and healthy social relationships. We specialize in working with individuals with barriers to finding sustained employment. Barriers could include things like; social anxiety, depression, addiction and recovery and criminal history or a lack of work experience.
While in the Hope at Work Program our goal is for you to experience improvement in the areas of:
Goal setting and follow through, recovery & sobriety, longterm healing, work skills such as; attendance, attitude, self- direction and initiative, communication and teamwork, critical thinking, appearance and hygiene, ethics and integrity, supervising others and leadership development.
