Washington Telecommunication Relay Services (WATRS)
Washington Telecommunication Relay Services (WATRS), or Washington Relay, is a free service from ODHH that enables equal phone access for people who are deaf, deaf-blind, hard of hearing, or speech disabled through trained Communication Assistants.
Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA)
The Washington State Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) supports individuals and families through services that promote independence and inclusion, including daily living assistance, skills training, employment support, and respite care.
