Programs
Open Grief Support Group
This open group meets every other week. Open means you can attend as many or as few sessions as you’d like. A facilitator will guide confidential and compassionate discussion with attendees. Facilitators are experienced members of our volunteer program or senior chaplains. There will not be a sequential format for the sessions, allowing for flexibility in attendance.
Diabetes Support Group
In-person support group for anyone diagnosed with any form of diabetes. There are no age restrictions. The class is facilitated by a diabetes educator.
Financial Assistance
A financial assistance program designed to help patients who need financial assistance to cover bills from Gritman Medical Center. Financial assistance for health care services will be given to patients who qualify based on information provided in the application submitted and the Federal Poverty Level.
Charlie Bear’s Child Care
Charlie Bear’s Child Care is licensed and inspected annually by the City of Moscow’s Health and Welfare Department. In addition to following all state and federal regulations, Charlie Bear’s Child Care participates in the Idaho Stars Quality Program. Our educational program is based on Early Childhood Environmental Rating Scale guidelines. Enrollment is open to the public, but children of Gritman Medical Center employees are given priority admission.
