Through our Early Head Start, Head Start, ECEAP, and Child Care programs we provide comprehensive preschool, childcare, and family support services to over 300 children throughout Whitman County, Washington.

Programs
Child Care
Our child care centers offer child care year around for full-time, part-time and drop-in care for toddlers, preschoolers, kindergarten and before and after school children.
Head Start
The Suns and Butterfly classrooms are fully inclusive and run in partnership with the Pullman School District for children with special needs and IEP’s. CCCC Teachers work along side Pullman School District Special Education staff to provide services for all children in the classroom. Limited transportation is provided for children with special needs and families with special transportation circumstances and challenges.
Home-based Early Head Start (EHS)
Early Head Start Home Based Program offers year-round comprehensive family centered services to income-eligible families of children birth to age three, including children with disabilities, and pregnant women. The program supports the health and development of infants and toddlers.
