Spotlight: Free Summer Swimming Lessons

Summer recreation is in full swing! Help your child build confidence and stay safe around the water this summer with free swimming lessons in Colfax, Tekoa, LaCrosse, Garfield, and Oakesdale. Costs of swimming lessons for children up to 17 years old are 100% covered through WCPH and are available throughout July and August (plus a year-round option at Whitman Hospital & Medical Clinics).

If you or anyone you know would benefit from these lessons, visit the WCPH website's Safe Kids page to learn more about locations, dates, and how to sign up. We also encourage you to share this information through your organization if it's applicable to your patients or clientele. PDFs with details for each of the locations can also be found on the WCPH website, which can be printed and displayed or handed out at your discretion.
