I offer Mental Health Counseling for:
Is your mood, behavior, fear, or your perception about life negatively affecting your motivation, eating habits and sleep patterns, your interactions with others, or your ability to get through your day?
Mental Health Disorders often cause disruptions in our daily functioning. However, with treatment, you can develop effective ways of coping with symptoms and challenge your perspectives to improve your mood and, in turn, improve your life.
As your Counselor, I will help you identify and alleviate maladaptive and self-destructive thoughts, beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors that are causing you harm and, together, we will develop skills and build upon your strengths to effectively manage and cope with your symptoms of disordered mental health.
Life Coaching is often misunderstood. Many believe that coaching is for those who already have life figured out and now want more. WRONG!
Life Coaching helps you to change unhelpful thinking patterns that's bringing you down, causing you to feel frustrated, disappointed, and fearful. Coaching is effective when you're experiencing a lack of drive, you're unmotivated, feeling lost without a sense of direction. Life Coaching can help you feel confident, balanced, driven, and empowered to face life's challenges.
As your Coach, I will get to know the real you - your values and beliefs, your goals and dreams, what drives you, what deters you, your fears, your strengths, what works for you, and what unhelpful thinking patterns are holding you back. You'll develop effective tools, skills, and new ways of viewing yourself and the world to gain direction, motivation, and a healthy relationship with yourself and others to feel great about life! I will support you in your journey toward making positive changes in a comforting manner while also holding you accountable to stay on track.
